3. What We Do Not Use

We do not use any of the following on agentus.online:

• Google Analytics or any other visitor analytics platform
• Facebook Pixel or any social media tracking
• Advertising or retargeting cookies of any kind
• Hotjar, Clarity, or any session recording tools
• Any cookie that tracks you across other websites

We do not sell data derived from cookie activity and we do not share cookie data with advertisers.

4. Legal Basis

The ck_consent key and theme preference are stored in your browser’s localStorage rather than as traditional HTTP cookies. These are used purely to provide basic site functionality and do not involve any data transmission to our servers. Under the UK PECR and UK GDPR framework, these fall within the “strictly necessary” category and do not require consent — though we present a consent banner as a matter of transparency.

The Google Fonts request involves a third-party data transfer. We rely on Google’s own legal basis for this processing. If you prefer to avoid this, you can block Google Fonts requests using a browser extension such as uBlock Origin.

5. How to Control Cookies

You can manage or delete cookies and localStorage data at any time through your browser settings:

• Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data
• Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
• Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data

You can also use browser extensions to block third-party requests, including Google Fonts, if you prefer. Blocking the ck_consent or theme localStorage entries will cause the consent banner to reappear and your theme preference to reset on each visit — but the site will continue to function normally.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we add new features to agentus.online that involve additional cookies or third-party services, we will update this policy before those features go live. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
